Welcome to our market report blog. Smithville seems to be holding steady in sales and prices seem to have leveled off some. We have experienced a large demand in the Smithville rental market over the past several years and that trend seems to demand a strong rental inventory.
Our property management demand has grown as well and has been extremely successful.
Our office location is ideal for the Smithville buyers and sellers due to our great location at the corner of Rt. 9 and Moss Mill Road. We are accustomed to doing things a little different due to our high volume of walk-in business, and are well equipped to accomodate all of our customers real estate needs when they feel the time is right.
Our sales are up this year over 2010 and we expect from all indications this trend will continue throughout 2011.
Our staff currently supports many local and national charities and are proud of our hard work and efforts to support our Military families home and abroad. This 4th of July, please take a moment to recognize and thank those fighting for our independence.
